There are several mortgage programs that are available right now that make purchasing a primary home easy and affordable. Purchase a home with as little as 0 money down and even a conventional loan with as little as 5% down.  For second home buyers you may qualify for 10% down on a conforming loan.

Charities:  

At the end of 2011 Damon Bready teamed up with the RE/MAX and the Children's Miracle Network to help raise money for such a fantastic organization.  For every transaction Damon has in 2012 he will make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network.

As the Fundraising Chairperson for the Ocean City Board of Realtors I helped raise over $6,000 for the Ocean City Police Benevolent Association during the Board's Spring Golf Outing.  The fundraising committee also held a Casino Night that raised money for the Ocean City Education Foundation and Student Lunches in accordance with Sandy Relief.
